Preparing brazier for cooking lunch

Local mechanics are preparing for lunch. These guys can fix cars and bikes. For example, fixing a broken chain on bike costs between 10 and 25 Zambia Kwacha (0.5 - 1 USD).

Why not use a welding machine to start a brazier? Then you can start cooking your lunch earlier.
