Insaka is traditionally a gathering or meeting place for men in some cultures in southern Africa, particularly among the Bemba people of Zambia. However, it is also commonly used in South Africa and other southern African countries.
It is typically a large circular or rectangular structure made of grass or thatch and is used for important meetings, discussions, and social events.
