The market you see in the picture is called the Sunday market or Pakati Market. It is placed in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia. Two modern shopping malls, Eastpark Mall and Manda Hill Mall, are nearby. The market provides mainly handicrafts and traditional African goods. It is open on Sunday, and it's a very tourist place.
